현상 : OS X El Capitan -> mac OS Sierra 로 업그레이드 후 아래와 같은 현상이 발생

Error 대처법

상기의 설정값 처럼 톰캣 실행 옵션 중 아래와 같이 추가한다

-Duser.language=ko

-Duser.country=KR
